"We were made to feel extremely welcome by all Boldmere staff, who went out of their way to come and talk to us and offer their assistance.

"We thought the gala itself was one of the most well organised and efficiently ran events we have ever attended - we made a few notes for our own future events!! The steel band was fantastic and gave a holiday atmosphere to the day which the swimmers really enjoyed. We have lasting memories of some of our boys 'dancing' (and I use that term loosely!) by the poolside. The Hawiian shirts worn by the officials were - well what can I say? -inspired!
